Our company ethos is to provide a trustworthy, honest and reliable service in an informative and efficient manner. We will do exactly what we say, and you will be kept fully informed on a regular basis to give you peace of mind that your property is in safe hands.
Our service includes checking the following:
- Ensuring all windows and doors are securely locked.
- Visible plumbing, pipework and taps for any water leaks.
- Water pump is operating.
- Running all internal taps and flushing the toilets to prevent sediment build-up and foul odour from stagnant water within the traps.
- Applying bleach or toilet cleaner if required. Making sure shower traps still have liquid in to stop cockroaches
- Toilet ball-valves shutting off properly.
- Electricity supply is working and that all fuses are operational.
- Evidence of any internal insect or rodent infestation.
- Check visible roof tiles, guttering and external walls for any sign of damage.
- Damp, mould or paint flaking on internal walls.
- External drains are free from leaves and debris.
- Lightbulbs are operational, replacing as necessary.
- Other services include water and electricity meter readings and forwarding of a photograph of any post received.
- We provide a written email report following each visit, along with photographs if we identify any area requiring remedial attention.
- We can also organise quotations for works with our established and trusted local traders and also provide contractors with access. Services cover but are not limited to aircon servicing and replacement; drain clearance and septic tank emptying; gardening; swimming pool cleaning; patio and driveway jetwash; painting; plastering; plumbing; tiling; window cleaning.
