This villa is situated in the beautiful village of Peyia, approximately a 15-minute walk (or 3 minutes by car) to the heart of the village with an abundance of restaurants and bars along with a bakery, post office, chemist, supermarket, hairdressers, nail and beauty salon, in fact, most things you could want or need.
There is a local Sports Bar only a short walk away called Neo’s which offers drinks, cocktails, fine dining, entertainment in the evenings throughout the summer months, an open rooftop bar where you can watch the magnificent sunset, snooker tables and a bowling green.
The stunning Blue Flag beaches of Coral Bay and Coralia are no more than 5 minutes away by car and a large supermarket can be found in Coral Bay which stays open until late each night.
All facilities within this beautiful villa home are shared with the owners and other guests, including a large balcony with BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight people, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, sink and drying areas. There is a large outdoor dining area, another BBQ, sun loungers and seating.
This villa is very tranquil, It is large and welcoming and provides a good size swimming pool with easy access steps. Guests are asked to use the pool after 9pm only if you are very quiet and don’t disturb other guests and neighbours.
During your stay
The owners enjoy interacting with guests as much or as little as they want and respect their personal space and privacy.
Other things to note
This is a no smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the building.
The villa is not on a bus route. We strongly recommend you hire a car as it gets very hot from June to August and walking in full sun is not recommended and can be dangerous.
There is an undercover area for motorbikes, bicycles etc and off-street free parking for up to five cars.
Airport transfers can be provided upon request for which a charge is made.
You must like dogs as Charlie, the owners small black Terrier is part of the family and has access to all areas except guest bedrooms. He loves a cuddle, but you are asked not to feed him, as he is on a strict diet due to suffering from seizures.
You will enjoy a peaceful environment with young at heart hosts in their late 60’s who practice Christian values and welcome all faiths.

A truly stunning property, however it should be noted that it is located slightly outside the heart of the village, which is roughly half an hour leisurely stroll, or a few minutes by car, which is recommended. This distance however affords a peaceful and spacious plot surrounded by an amazing landscape of sea and mountains. The local village offers everything you could want including a well-stocked supermarket and several lovely restaurants, tavernas and bars.
Please note that this property has a set of steps leading from the parking level to the property entrance so sadly is not suitable for disabled access and wheelchair users.
