Holiday Rental Management
We would be delighted to look after your self-promoted holiday rental property and provide the following services to ensure the smooth operation of your rental to include the following:
A DEEP CLEAN at the start or end of the season with a stringent clean, which is essentially a regular clean with the addition of all cupboards/wardrobes, kitchen cupboards and drawers and the washing of all contents. Cleaning of all windows and shutters, balconies, balustrades and handrails. BBQ equipment. End of season deep cleans also encompasses moving all outside furniture indoors for storage over the winter period, where practical.
Our REGULAR CLEAN carried out prior to arrivals includes the making up of all beds, setting out of towels and toiletries, a thorough clean of the entire property to include sweeping and mopping all floors, dusting and polishing of all surfaces including wall hangings, doors, handles, light switches, skirting boards, shelving and the thorough cleaning and sanitisation of all kitchen work surfaces and appliances and toilet facilities. Finally, the refresh of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, dishcloth, scourer, washing up liquid, dishwasher and laundry tablets, hand soap and bin liners.
Our LAUNDRY SERVICE will arrange collection/delivery of laundry from the launderette, and we will put clean sheets on the beds and towels in their place.
A WELCOME PACK gives your guests that welcome feeling so there’s no rush to get groceries. A typical welcome pack consists of water, milk, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, a packet of biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar. We will of course tailor this to your requirements.
We are happy to MEET AND GREET the guests at your property or arrange a taxi pick-up from the airport (upon request).
